Proof load testing is a deliberate overloading of an item or lifting equipment to ensure it can perform to the required capacity for which it is designed to withstand in accordance with the required and applicable standards and manufacturer’s specification, by giving it a full strength test.

Proof load test is required on installation of any lifting equipment before the item is brought into service, accidental equipment. It may also require other circumstances as following a weld repair to the structural member, after a complete overhaul or at specific interval defined by standards and regulations. As part of our inspection, we are able to carry out such operation on your equipment.

This inspection is performed by trained experiences and qualified inspectors. Upon completion, detailed inspection report and findings are made available to the client in hard copies and a job completion form will be issued to sign based on the work well done.
