This is a critical safety practice that involves systematically checking of lopes for wear, deformation and corrosion. It combines routine visual checks with precise measurement and non-destructive testing (NDT) to prevent equipment failure and ensure workers safety.

In Primelift, our inspection is in accordance to manufactures specifications, standard of procedure, taking into consideration acceptance and rejection criteria like bird caging, corrosion on ropes/fittings, heat damage on sling, core protrusion and understanding, condition of ferrule and thimble etc.

We offer NDT and visual, test of your wire rope inspection and management services, towards ensuring greater reliability and enhancing safety performance and also, cost effectiveness.

We provide a full detailed inspection report outlining the condition of the inspected rope, detailing the rope type, construction, grade, FOS of your wire rope. Reports are specific and the rope is accessed to the current wire inspection.

This inspection is performed by trained experiences and qualified inspectors. Upon completion, detailed inspection report and findings are made available to the client in hard copies and a job completion form will be issued to sign based on the work well done.

As part of our inspection package, unique user name and password is assigned to the client for ease of access to soft copy report on our Primelift web portal.
